To become a full or associate member of the RNCA all you have to do is click on 'Create Account' below, complete the application form and send your payment to the association's treasurer.
Membership fee is £10 for first year and £7 (Full) or £3.50 (Associates)per annum thereafter.
On receipt of the completed form you will receive an email with login details. Once the respective joining fee is received, these login details will be activated and a copy of the latest "RNCA Communicator", minutes of the last AGM and an up to date membership list will be sent to you.

UPLOADING PHOTOGRAPHS.
Some members have had difficulty uploading photographs, whereby the site has rejected the upload with an 'Internal server error 500'.
This website has it's own rules on uploading photographs that are there to avoid clogging up the bandwidth. If the photograph is very large, it will reject it with this error notification. What you need to do is reduce the size of the photographs. I have found that the optimum size for web use is...
The longest side of the pic = 600 pixels, (or thereabouts) and keep the ratio true.
Any photo software will achieve this usually by clicking on 'image' in the top menu, and then image size.

Welcome to the new site.
It's a bit shiny and clinical at the moment.
Oh... and very empty.
But fear not, you can all do your bit once you get into the swing of what can be achieved on this site, by you, the members.
It will still be the informative site you know, will still contain humour and dits but...
Once logged in, you will be able to post comments on photos in the galleries (funny or informative);upload your own photos; post your own blog; or comment on others(Indecent, profane or obscene stuff simply won't get published).First things first.
Current members should note that the username and password you used in the old site are no longer valid, you will need to 'join us' as if you are a new member.
Click on 'create account' and fill in the form that follows.
A few things to note;
The best user name is your real name, because this is used for any inputs you upload (having the comment "uploaded by Bungy Williams" only narrows it down to a number of people!). It will want your 'Maiden Name', if you haven't got one, type N/A!You will receive an email stating that your request will be considered, and give details of where to send your joining fee (ignore this bit, unless you really are joining for the first time)and your initial log in password. Before you can log in, your details will have to be 'unblocked' at my end, so you may have to wait a while if I am not available. Once unblocked, you will receive another email giving you the go-ahead to log in. You can change your password at this time if you wish.
I am sorry about you having to do this, but it would simply take too long for me to input everybody's details. I am happy to do anyone's who is on narrow band, or not sure of how to do it. Just email me if that is the case, but please provide your details required by the form.
